Hello, my name is Neg, short for Negar. I live with my husband Chris and our two beautiful young daughters in Greater Manchester. I have been working as a part time accountant for the last 10 years, and childminding part-time for 7 years. I am passionate about maintaining a healthy body and mind, and one of the ways I do that is by listening to music and participating in dance and fitness groups. One thing that has always been important to me as a parent is to take the children out of the house and encourage them to do different activities to help nourish their minds and keep them busy.

I understand the value of Popcat’s classes and the positive effect they have on young minds. I also used to enjoy the social side of these sessions as a mum and I am hoping to bring that to my classes in Didsbury and Withington. I am looking forward to meeting you and your children at one of my sessions.
